This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super convenient, just a bus ride away from Disneyland Paris and a shopping center. The accommodation itself is like a hotel room, very clean and comfortable. The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel like part of their family. They even offer a morning coffee and pastry! Eric goes above and beyond by providing transportation to and from the park for a very reasonable price. The ensuite bathroom is well-stocked with towels and toiletries, and there's even a separate private toilet. The bed is so comfortable, and having patio access is a bonus. The breakfast is simple but tasty, with the option of eggs and pastries. I felt safe and welcomed throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

the apartment was comfortable and spacious, and i thoroughly enjoyed the nice building it was located in. its location was absolutely perfect, very close to val d' europe centrum and stations, park, and disneyland.

We got great value for our money at Eric's place. The room was clean, comfy, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland and Eric were very good too ensure we had transportation to the theme park each day. He treated us like family and made our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by serving the bread and pastries on plates rather than in shop packaging.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff is helpful, as they returned my forgotten earpods. It suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, a leisure room, and 24-hour security. I'm coming back for Christmas.
